Chief Emegha made this known while briefing Newsmen in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State capital. The State party chairman noted that all the necessary arrangements have been put in place as to ensure that the party witness hitch free exercise. --Declares To Contest For Senatorial Position By Alo David, Abakaliki Secretary to Ebonyi state Government, Dr Kenneth Ugbala, Thursday resigned his appointment and declared to contest for representing Ebonyi Central Senatorial zone.
