Bottle Water Seller, Jeremiah Receives Admission Letter Alongside Obi Cubana, Daddy Freeze

Billionaire businessman, Obi Cubana, media personality, Daddy Freeze and a photographer, Ojo Emmanuel on Friday accompanied former bottle water seller, Ekuma Jeremiah to receive his admission letter.
Akpomiemie.blogspot.com reports that this was disclosed by Jeremiah in a post on his Instagram account. The former bottle water seller took out time to appreciate Obi Cubana and others for helping him out with his admission. He wrote, “Special APPRECIATION POST FOR THESE 3 WONDERFUL MEN GOD SENT TO ME @obi_cubana@daddyfreeze@rockyemmyphotography My Admission at EBSU Have been REINSTATED, SO I WILL BE RESUMING BACK TO SCHOOL SOON##. Really!!!! What GOD CAN NOT DO DOES NOT EXIST” Jeremiah caught the attention of Nigerians after he was spotted in a video sharing his income with prisoners. The bottle water seller surprised many Nigerians for giving to prisoners out of the little he earned from the business. The development saw billionaire businessman, Obi Cubana offer him a scholarship and place him on one hundred thousand Naira monthly salary.

Man Convicts 7-Yrs For Pouring Acid On Lawyer In Ebonyi

BY MBAM EJIKE, ABAKALIKI High Court sitting in Abakaliki on weekend convicted Mr. Njoku Shedrack who poured acid/corrosive substance on Chukwunonso Caleb Onwe Esq, a member of Abakaliki Branch of NBA and sentenced him to 7 years imprisonment without an option of fine. In delivering the judgment in Charge No. HAB/151C/2020- State v. Njoku Shedrack, the court presided over by Hon. Justice I.P Chima held that the prosecution proved beyond reasonable doubt that it was the defendant who poured acid on the lawyer on 1/10/2019 without any justification and accordingly convicted him for the offence of Assault Occasioning harm. Reacting to the judgment, the Prosecution counsel J.U Chukwu, Assistant Chief State Counsel thanked the court for doing justice in the matter. Similarly, the defendant' s counsel Odiegwu Ibekwe, Esq.thanked the court for delivering a well considered judgment stating that courts should always ensure that justice is done in all circumstances.
