–Vow Never to Fight War Again By Nwogha Ndubuisi The people of Ijutum and Okpuitumo communities of Cross River and Ebonyi State yesterday turned out enmass to receive Cross River/Ebonyi Youths Peace Development Movement (Peace Ambassadors) at their respective community primary schools of Ijutum and Ndegu Okpuitumo.
