Chinedu Ogah. This is the second time he was arraigned within two days of the week and remanded. BY NDUBUISI NWOGHA, ABAKALIKI It was a drama in Ebonyi State High Court when the state Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Spokesperson, Mr Chika Nwoba Chika, collapsed in the High Court premises, in Abakaliki the State capital, before the commencement of his trial on alleged hate speech.
